Jorge Alberto Ceballos Hurtado

Médico especialista en gastroenterología y endoscopia intervencionista, es investigador clínico Principal y Co-investigador en líneas de investigación referentes hipertensión portal y patología biliopancreática, a nivel nacional e internacional.

Es Docente Ad Honoren de la universidad Nacional de Colombia, es instructor asistente en la universidad del Rosario. Participa en programas de especialización docente, es instructor asociado al programa de posgrado en gastroenterología.Experiencia laboral como jefe de la unidad de gastroenterología,endoscopia digestiva y hepatología, tesorero de Asociación Colombiana de Hepatología.

Obtuvo premio al mejor póster en el congreso ACADI 2015, premio mejor póster en el ACADI 2017, premio mejor póster en el IX Congreso de Hepatología, premio mejor presentación oral en el IX Congreso de Hepatología, premio mejor póster en ACADI 2019. Obtuvo un homenaje de reconocimiento de egresado como médico distinguido por su profesionalismo, conocimientos, valores éticos y servicio a la comunidad de la universidad Nacional de Colombia.

Miembro como investigador asociado del grupo de investigación en enfermedades gastrointestinales, hepáticas, biliopancreáticas y trasplantes, avalado por la Fundación Cardioinfantil, reconocido por COLCIENCIAS.

Actualmente se desempeña como gastroenterólogo de nuestra institución.
